Mango Pie Recipe

Ingredients
• 1 Pre-prepared Pie Crust
• 2-1/2 tbsp Cornstarch
• 3 Cup Mango Pulp
• 1 Cup Sugar
• 1 Cup Cream
For Topping:
• 1 tbsp Chopped Crystallized Ginger
• 1 tsp Fat Free Milk
• 1 tsp Granulated Sugar
How to make Mango Pie:
•Mix mango pulp, cream, cornstarch and sugar in a large bowl with the help of a blender.
•Pour the mixture in the pie crust.
•Brush the top with milk and mix together sugar and ginger to sprinkle it evenly on the top.
•Refrigerate for 4 hrs and serve chilled.
